Everything an agent can finish.

Eight jobs Zero2Do takes off your desk, and what each agent does to finish them.

Evidence agents

Evidence collects itself.

Connect your cloud, code hosting and identity provider once. Agents pull the screenshots, configurations and exports on a schedule, map each item to the controls it satisfies, and re-collect it before it goes stale.

Example action taken

Collected 14 evidence items from GitHub · mapped to CC6.1 and CC7.2, renewal set for 90 days

Every item lands with its receipt

Source system, capture timestamp, the controls it satisfies and the date it expires. All of it recorded when the item lands, not reconstructed at audit time.

Policy writer and judge

Policies get written, then reviewed.

A writer agent drafts each policy from how your environment is actually configured, not from a blank template. A judge agent grades the draft against the framework and sends it back until it holds up. What reaches you is a decision, not homework.

Example action taken

Drafted the Access Control Policy · passed the judge on the second pass, 2 questions left for you

Two agents, one draft

The writer produces, the judge reviews against the control text, and the loop closes before the policy reaches your approval queue.

Control testing

Controls are tested, not asserted.

Automated tests run against live configuration on a schedule and record a pass, a fail and the reason for it. A control is never green because somebody said so in a spreadsheet last quarter.

Example action taken

Ran 38 control tests across the AWS account · 36 passed, 2 failed with the setting that caused it

Every result carries its reason

Each run stores what was checked, what came back and when. A failure arrives with the fix already identified.

Access reviews

Access reviews run themselves.

Agents assemble who has access to what across your connected systems, route each list to the owner who has to sign it, and keep chasing the ones that have not come back. You see the exceptions, not the spreadsheet.

Example action taken

Opened the quarterly access review for Google Workspace · 3 owners notified, 1 chased twice, 2 revocations queued

The chasing is the work

Reminders, escalations and the record of who signed what, kept without anyone maintaining a tracker.

Security posture

Drift shows up the same day.

Continuous scans across cloud, endpoints and identity watch for the configuration that quietly changed. When something moves out of shape, it lands on your briefing with the control it puts at risk.

Example action taken

Scan found public access on a new storage bucket · on the briefing within the hour, owner notified

Posture, not a point in time

The score moves when your environment moves, and every dip is traceable to the finding that caused it.

Audit room

The audit package is already built.

Every control, the evidence behind it and the history of both, collected in one place your auditor can open. No week of screenshotting, no folder of attachments emailed the night before.

Example action taken

Assembled the SOC 2 audit package · 214 evidence items indexed, one link sent to the auditor

One room your auditor can open

Controls, evidence and test history in the structure an auditor already reads, exported on demand.

Trust center

The questionnaire answers itself.

A public page shows your current posture: frameworks in progress, controls covered, policies published. Most security questionnaires are answered before anyone sends one. For MSPs, one per client workspace.

Example action taken

Refreshed the trust center · posture published for 4 client workspaces

A public page, kept current

Compliance posture, maintained by Zero2Do: it updates when the underlying controls do, on your own subdomain.

Memory and heartbeat

It remembers, and it keeps going.

Zero2Do keeps what it has learned about your organization: the risk you accepted, the framework you chose first, the audit date you are working back from. A heartbeat runs on your schedule and acts on it, sending reminders, renewals, nudges and escalations without being asked.

Example action taken

Heartbeat found 9 policy acknowledgments past due · owners reminded, the two chased twice escalated to you

A heartbeat on your schedule

Runs hourly by default, adjustable from every 30 minutes to once a day, and every autonomous action it takes is logged where you can review it.

All of it, running by next week
